About the role

Fonoa is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager in London to scale the processes, systems and insight behind its go-to-market organisation. The role sits at the centre of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Partnerships and works closely with GTM leadership on how the company plans, forecasts, measures performance and executes across the customer lifecycle.

It's a hands-on individual contributor role with real operational ownership. The listing is explicit that it isn't a Salesforce admin job under another name, a reporting-only analyst seat, a project management role, a systems-architecture role or a people-management role.

What you'll do

  • Own and improve core GTM processes across Sales, Marketing, CS and Partnerships
  • Track pipeline health, conversion and funnel performance across the lifecycle
  • Run forecasting and support revenue, territory, account ownership and capacity planning
  • Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews with GTM leadership
  • Find operational bottlenecks, standardise ways of working and build metrics with clear definitions
  • Own and improve the GTM stack, Salesforce first, including enhancements, integrations, workflows and automation, and evaluate new tools
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance and Operations leaders and support executive and board reporting

What they ask for

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, GTM Operations or a similar role
  • Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS organisations
  • Strong Salesforce experience and a deep understanding of commercial processes
  • Built and scaled revenue processes, reporting frameworks and operational infrastructure
  • Strong analytical skills that turn data into recommendations
  • Experience running cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication and organisation

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay and other modern GTM platforms
  • Familiarity with automation tools and workflow optimisation
  • SQL, BI platforms or advanced spreadsheet modelling
  • Forecasting, territory planning and executive reporting experience
  • Track record of driving adoption of new processes
