About the role
Threekit is hiring a RevOps Manager in Chicago who would rather fix a problem than write a process doc about it. You'll own the systems, data and automation behind the GTM team (sales, marketing, customer success and finance) across Salesforce, HubSpot and whatever else earns its place in the stack. There's no playbook to install; the company wants someone who uses AI by default, takes the fastest path that works and isn't attached to any one tool.
What you'll do
- Find what's slowing sales, marketing or CS and ship a fix, often in days
- Administer Salesforce and HubSpot and how they work together: sync, field mapping, lead and contact routing, attribution
- Build agents and LLM-powered automations for enrichment, account research, data cleanup, meeting summaries and forecasting inputs
- Keep pipeline, closed-won and lead source data accurate by fixing root causes
- Build dashboards leadership and reps actually use, and retire the rest
- Manage the wider stack (PandaDoc, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Clay and others) and decide whether to consolidate, replace or build
- Support the deal desk on quoting, e-signature and closing
- Own vendors, contracts, the tech budget and ROI
- Prototype, measure, then scale or kill experiments, and show the team faster ways of working
It's not a fit if you need a defined playbook, lean on "that's not best practice", or want to specialise deeply in one platform.
What they ask for
- 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or GTM systems, ideally at a startup or scale-up (no people management needed)
- Hands-on Salesforce and/or HubSpot admin: objects, fields, automation and reports built yourself
- Daily AI fluency with LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot, with shipped AI workflows you can walk through
- Comfortable with Salesforce Flow, HubSpot workflows and iPaaS tools like Zapier, Make, n8n or Workato
- System agnostic and biased to action
- Strong with data (spreadsheets, SQL or AI-assisted) and able to explain it to non-technical people
- Works independently across sales, marketing, CS and finance
Nice to have
- Built AI agents or agentic workflows (Claude, OpenAI, Agentforce, HubSpot Breeze, Clay, custom GPTs, MCP)
- Enrichment, prospecting and routing tools such as Clay, Apollo or LeanData
- Salesforce or HubSpot certifications
- Scripting or API skills (Python, JavaScript, REST, Apex)
Benefits
- Salary $100,000–$120,000
- Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance
- Equity and retirement-plan support
- Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
- Hybrid work model
