About the role
Celigo is hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to run the hands-on execution behind its demand generation engine. It's a builder's role: you'll own the webinar program end to end, be accountable for demo request conversion, and keep lead routing fast, accurate and trusted by sales. You'll work inside HubSpot and Salesforce every day, executing campaigns, processing lists, QA'ing what goes live and reporting on what worked, reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations.
What you'll do
- Webinars: build registration pages, forms, reminders and follow-ups, support production on the day, process attendee lists with correct attribution and report pipeline from every event
- Demo conversion: own the demo request path (forms, landing pages, scheduling), run A/B tests on forms, CTAs and follow-up cadences, and fix speed-to-lead drop-off with SDRs
- Lead routing and lifecycle: build and maintain routing in HubSpot and LeanData (round robin, territory logic), lead scoring, lifecycle stages and MQL handoff, and fix HubSpot-Salesforce sync errors and duplicates
- Campaign execution and data hygiene: build emails, forms, landing pages, lists and workflows, run imports and enrichment with GDPR/CCPA compliance, and QA every campaign
- Reporting: maintain campaign, webinar and funnel dashboards and flag anomalies before anyone else notices
What they ask for
- 3–5 years in marketing operations, demand generation operations or campaign operations
- Hands-on HubSpot: workflows, forms, lists, landing pages and email builds
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and the HubSpot–Salesforce sync
- Has run a webinar program on a platform such as Sequel, Goldcast or Zoom Webinars
- Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset
- Juggles multiple campaigns and hard deadlines; documents what you build
