About the role
Flowace is hiring a freelance AI-First Outbound / GTM Engineer to build its outbound engine from 0 to 1. This is not an SDR or lead-gen role: you own the whole system, from infrastructure and enrichment to signal-based prospecting, AI automation and performance tracking.
What you'll work on
- Build outbound infrastructure and maintain email deliverability.
- Develop data enrichment workflows and account scoring models.
- Create signal-based outbound strategies.
- Automate multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls.
- Build workflows with tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Make, Instantly, Smartlead and HubSpot.
- Track performance, test different plays and scale what works.
The engagement is freelance, 4 hours a day, 5 days a week, remote with India timezone overlap. Only individual freelancers can apply.
