About the role
Sphere is hiring a Technical GTME / GTM Engineer to build the internal infrastructure behind growth-CRM, outbound, paid acquisition, SEO/GEO and future channels. The role sits between GTM, operations and Engineering: turn fragmented tools into a cohesive, scalable system the team can rely on as the company grows.
In the first days you map the current stack and where workflows are manual or hard to scale. Within months you own and improve those systems, unify channels into one operating system for growth, support localization across NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM, and work cross-functionally with growth, marketing, design and engineering.
On-site San Francisco HQ. No compensation range is published on the Ashby listing.

- Automating workflows via Zapier-class tools or Claude/other AI tools
- Strong technical fluency: SQL, analytics, automation, systems thinking
- Builder mindset in ambiguous environments; relentlessly curious
- Clear, concise communication at high pace; willing to work in SF office
Nice to have
- Built GTM systems in RevOps, Sales Ops or early growth roles
- Broader marketing fluency alongside systems-building instincts
