About the role
Banco Covalto, a Mexican digital bank for small and mid-sized businesses, is hiring a GTM Engineer to design, build and automate the technology behind how it generates, manages and converts commercial opportunities, combining tools, data and AI to drive growth. The listing is in Spanish and the role is on-site in Mexico.
You'll own the plumbing of the commercial funnel, from capturing and enriching leads to scoring and assigning them, and you'll measure what changes conversion.
What you'll do
- Build and automate lead capture, enrichment, qualification and assignment
- Integrate the CRM, marketing platforms and sales tools through APIs and webhooks
- Add AI-powered automation to commercial processes
- Design experiments and analyse conversion metrics to find improvements
- Build dashboards for commercial performance, CAC and business results
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Data teams
What they ask for
- 3+ years in growth engineering, revenue operations or technical GTM roles
- SQL, Python or JavaScript, plus APIs and webhooks
- Experience with Salesforce, Airtable and automation tools such as Apollo or Zapier
- Experience automating commercial processes, building integrations and analysing data
- Able to build solutions independently, measure results and keep improving
