About the role
Abacum, a Series B business planning (FP&A) platform, is hiring its first in-house Salesforce Administrator inside the Strategy & Operations team. You'll own the CRM that Sales, Marketing, CS and Partners run on, reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead.
Full-time, hybrid from Barcelona.
What you'll do
- Run the Salesforce support queue (about half your time at first, shrinking as you automate)
- Keep GTM data clean: field standards, audits, ownership and attribution accuracy
- Manage users, profiles, permission sets and licences across Salesforce and connected tools (Gong, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Nooks, Default)
- Build Flows, validation rules and approvals; ship through a sandbox with change control
- Watch integration health (HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Vitally, Default, Introw)
- Document everything and use AI (e.g. Claude connected to Salesforce) to automate hygiene checks; manage outside developers for larger projects
Scope grows into lead routing and data enrichment as routine admin gets automated.

What they ask for
- 3–5 years hands-on Salesforce admin in B2B SaaS
- Sole or primary admin of a 50–300 user org
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (or within 6 months)
- Production Flow Builder experience (record-triggered and screen flows)
- Profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy; builds own reports and dashboards
- Understands the B2B SaaS funnel (leads, stages, ARR, renewals)
- Uses AI tools daily
- Fluent English; Spanish a plus
- Nice to have: HubSpot–Salesforce sync, App Builder/Advanced Admin cert, Gong/Apollo/Clay, lead routing, basic SQL
