About the role
As our GTM Engineer, you'll make AI central to how Poka goes to market. Design, build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows across the GTM lifecycle, integrate and automate the GTM stack, build reporting that surfaces process gaps, run experiments, and hand over what is ready to scale to Sales Enablement and RevOps.
What they ask for
- 3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales or Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering or a similar technical role in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience building LLM and AI agents in production
- Strong Salesforce knowledge including data models, APIs, automation and reporting
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks and scripting in Python, JavaScript or SQL
