About the role
depthfirst is hiring its first Analytics & GTM Operations Lead to build the data and analytics engine behind growth. Unlike a pure reporting seat, you partner with RevOps and Marketing to stand up systems that scale outbound, marketing and partner motions-including ABM-and you own the stack from day one.
You design Salesforce objects/fields for attribution, a warehouse, models and pipelines; build multi-channel attribution across marketing, outbound and partners; implement account and lead lifecycles; ship leadership/sales/marketing dashboards; and proactively find performance improvements with those teams. The listing expects SQL fluency, Salesforce depth, coding ability and an AI-forward workflow.
