About the role
32Co, part of 01Health, is hiring its first AI RevOps Manager to own the systems, data and AI infrastructure behind the revenue engine across 32Co, Aerox and future verticals. You'll own the RevOps stack (HubSpot, BigQuery, Metabase, Attention, Aircall and Claude) and evolve it as the company scales, with a core focus on building with AI to multiply the output of the commercial team. You'll report to the VP Finance and work closely with the VP Commercial and the exec team, embedded with AEs, AMs and leadership every day.
What you'll own
- AI infrastructure: build the apps, skills, prompts, automations and integrations that let AEs, AMs, marketing and leadership work inside AI day to day
- Redesigning repeatable commercial workflows with AI and automation
- Being a strategic partner to the VP Commercial, turning gaps between strategy and execution into roadmap and systems
- HubSpot end to end across all verticals: pipelines, automations, reporting, integrations and data structure
- The analytics layer in BigQuery and Metabase, with dashboards and early-warning reporting on pipeline, revenue and commercial health
What they ask for
- 3–6 years in RevOps, ideally at a high-growth B2B startup, with deep hands-on HubSpot expertise
- Genuinely AI-native: uses Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n or similar daily and has built skills or agents others rely on
- High agency as the first dedicated RevOps hire
- Comfortable in SQL: writes BigQuery queries and ships Metabase dashboards end to end
- Strong systems thinker who sees how a HubSpot change affects forecasts, comp plans and customers
- Wants to be embedded with the commercial team in the office
- Commercially sharp: cares about the number, not just the dashboard
Nice to have
- Has built AI building blocks (Claude, Cursor or agent skills) used across an organisation
- Experience picking and building a RevOps stack from scratch
