About the role
Navan is hiring a highly technical, business-savvy Senior GTM Engineer to help build its next generation of GTM systems. You'll turn prioritised business requirements into production-grade agents, automations and workflows that Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations depend on, reporting to the Director of GTM Engineering & Systems and partnering with Engineering, Data, IT and Security on architecture and governance. What you'll do
- Build and deploy AI agents and agent-assisted workflows that run reliably in production
- Take solutions through design, prototyping, testing, evaluation, release, monitoring and iteration
- Write and debug code that extends low-code platforms and connects the GTM stack
- Connect Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Slack and internal data through APIs, webhooks and middleware
- Build with Salesforce, Cursor, Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools
- Implement production controls: evals, human review, observability, permissions, auditability and rollback
- Measure adoption, reliability, time saved, data quality and pipeline impact, and document runbooks
What they ask for
- 6+ years in GTM engineering, business systems, solutions or growth engineering, data engineering or RevOps systems
- 2+ years building and deploying LLM-powered agents, copilots or automations used by business teams in production
- Evidence of shipped work: GitHub repos, deployed products or case studies
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript or Apex, plus SQL
- Strong with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication and integration troubleshooting
- Has operated production automations with testing, monitoring, access controls and change management
- Strong Salesforce: data modelling, Flow, permissions, APIs and production support
- Practical understanding of enterprise GTM workflows
Nice to have
- ZoomInfo, Clay and signal-based workflows, intent data or opportunity scoring
- Agent frameworks, Model Context Protocol, tool calling, RAG or eval frameworks
- Salesforce development and release tooling
- Salesforce platform development certifications
