About the role
Sage is hiring a RevOps Business Partner for its XDR (BDR and SDR) organisation across the US and Canada. You'll work closely with XDR leadership to shape strategy and lift the performance of the sales development teams, acting as a trusted, data-driven advisor to GTM leadership. You'll also manage a small team of analysts.
A big part of the job is leading the "XDR Squad", a cross-functional working group of managers and directors from Enablement, Marketing, GTM Technology, Business Systems/IT, ABX and others, to keep the XDR org pointed in one direction.
What you'll do
- Set the XDR operating strategy with leadership and align it to US and Canada revenue targets
- Run day-to-day XDR operations: lead management, qualification workflows, quota distribution and attainment
- Define XDR metrics and KPIs and make sure sales has enough pipeline coverage
- Own territory and account assignment, capacity modelling and opportunity forecasting
- Drive onboarding, training and enablement with Sales Enablement and HR
- Keep the RevOps stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) running with efficient workflows and accurate reporting
- Work with marketing ops on lead handoffs and campaigns, build dashboards and run pipeline reviews
- Analyse the XDR funnel, fix bottlenecks and data hygiene, and document scalable processes
What they ask for
- 7+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or a similar role at a SaaS company
- Track record of operational excellence and hitting revenue goals in high-growth SaaS
- Expertise with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Deep understanding of XDR processes, lead management and pipeline generation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration
Nice to have
- RevOps experience across multiple geographies, especially the US and Canada
- Deep knowledge of multi-funnel demand generation and account-based marketing (ABX)
- Scaled revenue operations in a fast-growing company
- Experience leading XDR or inside sales teams
Benefits
- Health, dental and vision coverage
- 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%
- 32 days paid time off (21 personal, 10 national holidays, 1 floating)
- 18 weeks paid parental leave (after 1 year)
- 5 paid volunteer days a year
- $5,250 annual tuition reimbursement
- Wellness rewards: $600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement a year
