About the role
GrowthFlare is hiring a GTM Operator who turns buying signals into booked calls. You build precise lead lists around buyers in motion, stand up and run outbound campaigns end to end in EmailBison (setup, copy, sequencing, deliverability), monitor sending infrastructure, wire AI-native workflows with Claude Code, n8n and APIs, own client dashboards and the booked-call number, and iterate copy/offers from real replies.
Requirements: based in North America on North American business hours; comfortable with APIs and automation; uses Claude Code-style tooling to create leverage; outcome-obsessed and organized. Outbound-at-scale experience and tools like EmailBison, Clay, Attio or n8n are bonuses, not gates. Process: application, short intro with the founder, a build task, then offer. Pay is described as competitive base plus performance bonus; no numeric range on the careers page.
