About the role
SWOT Controlling, part of the Buhl group, is hiring a GTM Engineer in Berlin for a B2B SaaS product. The posting (in German, on Buhl Data Service's Personio board) mixes go-to-market strategy with hands-on automation engineering.
What you will do
- Go-to-market and growth: develop and keep improving the GTM strategy for a B2B SaaS product, find target segments, market potential and growth channels, and design data-driven lead generation and customer acquisition
- Automation and engineering: design and build marketing and sales automations, connect tools and data sources through APIs, and use AI, LLMs and automation for lead research, lead scoring, personalisation and outreach
- Analytics: build tracking, reporting and analysis, run growth experiments and use KPIs to improve the customer journey, conversion rates and the marketing and sales funnel
- Scaling: find and remove growth bottlenecks, evaluate new tools and turn what works into repeatable processes, working closely with Marketing, Sales and Product
This is an early-career role (1-3 years) but it expects real engineering: you need to have built at least one AI-powered solution yourself that was used commercially, and to have written code. It is a permanent, full-time job in Berlin; you need to live in or near the city. German at C1 or above is required. Pay is not published on the listing.
