About the role
Replay is hiring a founding GTM Engineer to close the gap between what its GTM team should spend time on-sourcing and closing-and the manual busywork of list building, enrichment and reporting. You build and own the infrastructure, automations and reporting that keep AEs and SDRs productive.
You will ship enrichment and list-building pipelines that surface and prioritize target companies; stand up multi-channel outbound infrastructure and personalization (email, LinkedIn, phone); own CRM integrations and data quality so pipeline data is trustworthy; build live dashboards for lead volume, conversion and pipeline health; and constantly test tools and automations with real measurement. Success is measured by qualified leads sourced across AEs/SDRs and by outbound, enrichment, CRM and reporting systems that the team actually adopts.
The role is full-time, in-person five days a week in Dumbo. Base pay on Ashby is $175K-$235K plus meaningful equity. What they ask for
- 3–5 years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, Sales Systems Engineering or Growth Engineering
- Daily use of an AI coding assistant (Cursor, Claude Code or similar) with ability to ship an automation the same day
- Fluent with CRM integrations and configuration (Attio or similar)
- Hands-on experience building enrichment pipelines, target lists and outbound infrastructure
- SQL fluency and comfort maintaining CRM data models
- Willingness to work in-person 5 days a week in Dumbo, Brooklyn
Nice to have
- Production experience with LLM APIs (prompt design, eval loops, error handling)
- Experience with enrichment/orchestration platforms like Clay
- Background at an early-stage startup building GTM systems from scratch
