About the role
Work closely with enterprise customers to identify growth opportunities through AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients unlock business value while driving platform adoption, expansion, and long-term partnerships. Build and manage relationships with enterprise stakeholders, identify AI-led business opportunities, lead strategic business reviews, partner with Product/Solutions/Delivery/Customer Success teams, and analyze customer business challenges to recommend scalable automation and customer experience improvements.
