Navy Blue Suits is hiring a Business Systems & CRM Manager for a growing international travel business. This is not a standard CRM admin job: you'll own HubSpot, improve the wider business systems, drive automation and integrations, and bring in practical AI that delivers real business value rather than impressive demos.

- Own and optimise HubSpot, its workflows and CRM automation.
- Connect systems, improve data quality and remove manual processes.
- Lead system development and implementation projects.
- Work with developers to turn business problems into practical solutions.
- Explore and roll out AI tools that genuinely help the business.
