Warm up new domains and keep cold email out of spam with daily placement tests

4.5(2)

InboxPilot warms new sending domains with a managed network of real inboxes and tests where your emails land every day.

Agencies use it to bring a fresh domain to a safe sending volume in about five days and to catch a placement drop before a campaign suffers.

It works with Smartlead, Instantly and any SMTP sender, and shows the result per mailbox so you know exactly which one to rest.

Features

  • Managed warm-up network
  • Daily inbox placement tests

Caught a placement drop in a day

Used for: Warming six domains for a client campaign.

Works well: Per-mailbox health made it obvious which mailbox to rest.

Could be better: Reports are not white-label on the Studio plan.

    Solid warm-up, no sending

Used for: Daily placement tests across forty mailboxes.

Works well: The trial was long enough to see a real result.

Could be better: You still need a separate sending tool.

  • Does warm-up work with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes?

    • Yes, both. Outlook placement tests are in beta.
