About the role
Northwind GTM Studio builds Clay, outbound and automation systems for B2B companies. As our second senior GTM engineer you will own client builds from first call to handover, and shape how we scope and price the work.
What you will do
- Design and build Clay tables, enrichment waterfalls and AI research workflows
- Set up sending infrastructure and keep deliverability healthy
- Build n8n and webhook automations between Clay, HubSpot and outreach tools
- Write clear handover documentation and run training calls with client teams
- Scope projects with clients and say no to work that will not pay off
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years in GTM engineering, revenue operations or growth engineering
- Hands-on experience with Clay, n8n or a similar automation tool
- Comfort with JavaScript or Python for the parts no-code cannot do
- Clear written communication in English
Nice to have
- Experience with Smartlead, Instantly or HeyReach
- An example of a system you built that a client still runs
