About the role
Build Salesforce architecture and GTM systems for a revenue operations platform.
- Own end-to-end CRM architecture: custom objects, complex flows, and integrations across the customer lifecycle
- Work with DataOps on pipelines into Salesforce from the core platform and financial systems (Sage, Stripe)
- Lead technical scoping, build, testing, and deployment across Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Operations
- Enforce data hygiene, validation rules, and system governance
- Audit the commercial tech stack and run vendor migrations
What they ask for
- 6-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or advanced administration
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems
- Track record designing scalable data models and workflow automations
- Experience leading complex cross-functional builds end to end
- Startup or scale-up experience
