About the role
HighLevel is hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst II for its India remote RevOps team (shift 2 pm-11 pm IST). You are a player-coach with analytical depth: you bring recommendations before issues become urgent, support experienced GTM leaders with data, and fix broken workflows yourself rather than only documenting them.
Scope spans analytics and reporting for revenue segments, dashboards in CRM and BI, attribution/tracking that connects activity to outcomes, and hands-on backend workflows or automations (no-code/low-code, Zapier-class tools). You fulfill ad hoc leadership requests while prioritizing and scoping independently, and you can stand up a process from scratch then iterate on results.
Remote India. No pay range on Lever. Salesforce preferred; Excel/Sheets and SQL required; Tableau/Looker/Power BI strongly preferred.
What they ask for
- 2–4 years in business/revenue analysis, sales/marketing operations, or related analytical/operational work
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) strongly preferred
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred); comfort building within/alongside GTM systems and automation
- Built a process or program from scratch—scoped, stood up, iterated
- Experience with backend workflows/automations/internal tools (Zapier or similar a plus)
- Strong attribution instincts and clear leadership communication; independent in ambiguity
- Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Statistics or related—or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Python or R for data analysis
