About the role
Flow Engineering is hiring someone to build and run the systems behind how it finds, wins and grows customers: hardware teams in aerospace, defence, automotive and similar industries, with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
Full-time, on-site in San Francisco. The role sits between sales, marketing, customer success and leadership.
What you'll do
- Own the GTM stack end to end (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, analytics) and its integrations
- Automate prospecting, routing, enrichment and account research with APIs, scripts and AI
- Design pipeline stages and the data model so forecasts reflect reality
- Report on pipeline health, conversion, sales cycle and pilot-to-deployment expansion
- Remove friction in deal flow with sales and CS
- Support territory and segmentation work, target lists, and quota/capacity models
- Keep data clean: dedupe, field hygiene, record ownership
Pay: $175k-$235k plus equity.
What they ask for
- 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering or sales ops, ideally B2B SaaS selling to enterprise
- Hands-on CRM admin plus automations and integrations across a GTM stack
- Writes code or scripts (Python, JavaScript, SQL) when no-code falls short
- Builds reporting leaders actually use
- Works directly with sellers in complex sales cycles; high ownership
- Nice to have: built GTM infrastructure at an early-stage startup
- Nice to have: selling into defence, aerospace or regulated industries
- Nice to have: LLMs or agents for research, enrichment or outbound
