About the role
360Learning is hiring a Head of GTM Systems & AI to own the tech stack behind the commercial engine-Salesforce, Marketo, enrichment and AI tooling across sales, marketing, CS and services. You turn ambiguous business problems into reliable products with GTM leaders, Data, Enablement, Security and Finance, and you keep the team as customer-zero for AI patterns the rest of the company adopts.
You own the internal AI operating model (skills library, agent evals, cost, adoption, ROI), the long-term GTM stack design (build vs buy), vendor management through keep-or-kill reviews, and you lead/coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops. Milestones on the listing include shipping at least one AI agent with a named business owner within six months and a 12-18 month systems/AI roadmap.
Full-time, Berlin / remote Germany. Compensation described as base + variable + equity; no numeric range on Lever. Fluent English; French B2+ preferred.

- 5+ years across GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS—or adjacent TPM/consulting that shipped real systems with a strong AI mandate
- Turns ambiguous business problems into reliable tooling; judges when to automate across the revenue engine
- Fluency in modern GTM systems (Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing/lifecycle); deep Salesforce a plus
- Built with modern AI tooling: agents/skills on LLMs, connectors, evals
- Defines KPIs, runs experiments, drives executive alignment and adoption; coaches senior ICs
- Fluent English (US/UK); French B2 or equivalent
Nice to have
- Prior people leadership of Salesforce/marketing/CS systems ICs
- Experience running company-wide AI-native operations programs
