About the role
Architect and rebuild HubSpot instance, ship real automations with Clay/n8n, build with AI in production (Claude Code/Codex), and own data rigor across the funnel. Spot what's broken and build the fix. Take over HubSpot instance, question it, and rebuild parts of it. Work with enrichment and automation tooling including failure modes. Read funnel end to end, spot dirty data, and size what a fix is worth before building. Think in systems, not tickets.
